Junior Maintenance Control Engineer (Junior MCC). Vilnius, Lithuania

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure maintenance records are accurately filled out by aircraft crew and maintenance providers, and collected in a timely manner;
  • Monitor and update Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) related documentation to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance;
  • Assist in managing daily activities related to maintaining aircraft airworthiness;
  • Track the status of aircraft, including active defects, and ensure relevant entities are informed and lists are updated;
  • Communicate with maintenance organization and CAMO Subcontractor organizations for completed or planned maintenance, documentation recording, together with solving occurred problems;
  • Continuously interact and coordinate with maintenance and procurement/logistics specialists regarding fleet status and maintenance schedule;
  • Provide support to MCC Engineers in creating appropriate recovery plans in case of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations;
  • Collect data for reliability reports and ensure implementation of report conclusions, if applicable;
  • Provide support to the Direct Manager and Maintenance Control Engineer in their tasks.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ​Bachelors or higher non-university aviation engineering/mechanic education and experience in aviation-related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management is considered as an advantage;
  • ​Boeing 737 CL or/and NG gen fam is considered as an advantage;
  • Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written);
  • Good analytical and communication skills;
  • Cooperation and ability to work in a team;
  • ​Able to understand OEM documents: AIPC; AMM; CMM; etc.;
  • Experience in procurement and/or logistics would be considered an advantage;
  • ​Be flexible regarding working time (if required).

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

  • The ability to work on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off – 12 hours shifts consisting of 2-day shifts and 2-night shifts is essential for this position.

The final salary is a matter of agreement as it depends on the experience and competencies of the candidate.

Salary: from 1600 € to 2800 € (brutto)
