CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER. Vilnius, Lithuania

Join our team as Chief Financial Officer and lead the financial strategy of a dynamic, fast-growing company, where your expertise will shape our future success!

As a CFO, you will be responsible:

  • For all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. We expect you to provide strategic leadership and coordination in the company’s administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts. In addition, the chief financial officer is accountable for developing a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
  • For supporting our management, following up on business results and improving processes within our local team. You will be an important member of our management team, reporting to the CEO of the company and in a dotted line – to CFO of Klasjet.
  • We are preparing ourselves for some big changes, so it’s important that you have a solution-oriented approach, no matter if the problem has to do with operational details, short-term tactics, or long-term strategic vision.

You are the perfect match for us when you have:

  • +5 years of experience in various finance roles;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting;
  • Experience in IFRS is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of annual accounts;
  • Prior experience in financial forecasting and planning;
  • Prior experience working in an international environment;
  • Good knowledge of financial systems;
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing);
  • Control, review usage, operational, and financial data from various sources;
  • Knowledge to make recommendations to cost owners to improve financial optimizations;
  • Knowledge of developing plans for assigned accounts and tracking performance to plan;
  • Assists in the development of optimization policies and guidelines.

Salary: from 4900 € to 6900 € (brutto)
