CAMO ENGINEER. Vilnius, Lithuania

We’re seeking a meticulous and safety-oriented CAMO Engineer to join our aviation maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the highest standards of airworthiness as you manage maintenance schedules, oversee compliance with aviation regulations, and maintain detailed records. Your expertise will be the backbone of our commitment to safety and excellence in the skies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead aircraft technical projects, selecting and contracting external review services to ensure regulatory compliance;
  • Implement quality control and maintain communication for accurate documentation and reporting;
  • Oversee all documentation for completeness and correctness, implementing a robust quality control process, including inspections safeguarding aircraft airworthiness;
  • Maintain our fleet’s airworthiness by addressing technical issues, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and managing maintenance schedules;
  • Oversee compliance with aviation regulations, assist auditors during responsibility area audits, and collaborate with OEMs and TCAs to ensure all standards are met;
  • Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication throughout all technical operations;
  • Actively participate in safety management, hazard identification, and promote a culture of safety and security within the organization;
  • Ensuring the AMP compliance with airworthiness requirements and implementing reliability measures;
  • Following SMS processes, safety, and security protocols;
  • Providing necessary flight-related airworthiness information;
  • Efficiently managing maintenance, planning, and engineering projects;
  • Manage and evaluate repair work, ensuring all maintenance activities meet approved standards and contribute to the effectiveness of the maintenance program;
  • Ensure CAMO subcontractor control by following check plan issued by Technical Director;
  • Performing any other reasonable duties as requested by the Technical Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or higher non-university aviation engineering/mechanic education and not less than 2-year experience in aviation related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management; or 5-year experience in aviation related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management;
  • Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written);
  • Good analytical and communication skills;
  • Cooperation and ability to work in team;
  • Able to organize maintenance activities in an effective and timely manner;
  • Able to understand OEM documents: AIPC; AMM; CMM;AMPD, MRB, AWL, CMR and etc.;
  • Be able to travel for business trips;
  • Be flexible regarding working time (if required).

Salary: from 3300 € to 5000 € (brutto)
