OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. Vilnius, Lithuania

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence;
  • Meeting and greeting company’s guests;
  • Preparing and managing documents;
  • Data collection, inputting and managing in business process management system;
  • Ordering and maintaining office equipment;
  • General management of office upkeep;
  • Providing administrative support to the team and other office duties as directed;
  • Partner with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year experience working in similar position;
  • Excellent Lithuanian, English skills (both written and spoken);
  • High responsibility, promptness and helpfulness;
  • Have good organizational skills and be able to work in a team;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Have good MS Office programs skills.
