OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. Vilnius, Lithuania
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence;
- Meeting and greeting company’s guests;
- Preparing and managing documents;
- Data collection, inputting and managing in business process management system;
- Ordering and maintaining office equipment;
- General management of office upkeep;
- Providing administrative support to the team and other office duties as directed;
- Partner with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year experience working in similar position;
- Excellent Lithuanian, English skills (both written and spoken);
- High responsibility, promptness and helpfulness;
- Have good organizational skills and be able to work in a team;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Have good MS Office programs skills.

Salary: from 1600 € (brutto)
